Adele's Yoga classes are open to all ages, fitness levels and body types. A British Wheel of Yoga qualified Yoga teachers, with 20+ years of teaching Yoga classes in Somerset, UK. Adele modifies for injuries and conditions. Each class includes all the main elements of a complete Yoga practice: postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. Adele combines the different elements from her specialist studies and personal practice over many years, incorporating practices for both body and mind. Adele is committed to continual professional development, with ongoing training with her teachers in the UK, India and Nepal. She is also a qualified Kum Nye teacher authorized by the Nyingma Institute Berkeley California. Not in Somerset, UK or want to practice from the comfort of your own home? This gentle form of Yoga is done in a chair, or with the support of a chair. My classes includes stretching and strengthening of muscles, working with individual joints, breathing exercises, relaxation and mindfulness/meditation. The class is suitable for anyone wanting to practice in a chair: in the office, for older people and for those with limited movement, disability or movement-restricting illness. Adele brings the essence of Yoga to this chair-based practice for wellbeing of body and mind. We can practise Yoga without getting down onto the floor: Yoga can be practised in a chair at home, in the office, or anywhere you have time to fit this into your routine.
Adele has been teaching Children's Yoga classes and workshops to children in schools and pre-schools in her area of Somerset, UK for 15+ years. Adele believes having fun in these session is the key to sparking interest in learning about health and enables children to feel comfortable in their own skin. Adele includes Yoga postures, breath work, relaxation and mindfulness in her sessions which can be designed to fit the age group and children's needs. You are never too young to learn good habits relating to breathing, posture, fitness and wellbeing. Adele is passionate about inclusivity and is trauma-informed and a qualified Special Yoga teacher. She has also undertaken specialist training to support neurodivergent young people.

My in-person studio yoga classes and online Zoom Yoga classes run in term-time or half termly blocks. You can also book for single classes if a course is not fully booked. Early bird prices are available for the whole course up until the end of the first week of each course or until it is fully booked.
