These classes are suitable for those from their fifteen week of pregnancy onwards, practising with their doctor or midwife’s approval. The classes include Asana (postures), breathing exercises and relaxation to maintain health and wellbeing through pregnancy and to prepare for labour. Good quality 65 cm gym balls are ideal for use in class and at home. Balls and yoga mats can be ordered to purchase through Adele at class.
